Scheduling and Payment Policies
NEW POLICIES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIately
At Rachel Cleans, we understand the importance of a clean home. My professional cleaning services are designed to take the stress out of your cleaning routine and give you more time to focus on the things that matter most. With Rachel Cleans, you can trust that your home is in good hands. Due to recent challenges in regards to scheduling and payment, please note the new policies effective immediately. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Payments made next day will incur a $30 late fee, or 10%, whichever is greater. The late charge will be added EACH DAY until paid. To cover daycare costs, cancellations within 72 hours will be charged a $40 fee, due immediately, unless rescheduled/attempted a reschedule. Regulars will be removed from the roster after 2+ cancellations, per my discretion. Moving forward, deep cleans will require a $100 nonrefundable deposit to secure a spot on the calendar. It will go toward the total of the clean, it will not be refunded if cancelled. If I need to cancel for any reason, no fees will be charged and deposits will be refunded. I will make every effort possible to reschedule if I encounter challenges that cause me to need to cancel a clean. I appreciate my customer's flexibility and understanding.
